Shipping Policy

Online orders are usually shipped in 1 – 3 days. If there are any backordered items we will contact customer to confirm partial shipment or wait for complete shipment.

Prices

Unless otherwise mentioned all items are EXW shipping point. Standard commercial packaging is included. For tax exemption consideration, the proper documentation and certification must be presented and approved.

Note: INCOTERMS EXW (is a shipping arrangement in which a seller makes a product available at a specific location, but the buyer has to pay the transport costs and carries all the risk with claims for losses or damages in transit).

Returned Goods

Written approval required for returns. Glomatek reserves the right to charge for restocking and/or repackaging and reconditioning for returning product to sellable conditions. Unless return is due to Glomatek Corporation's error it shall be the customer's financial responsibility to pay for shipping and appropriate packaging.

Cancellations

Glomatek cannot accept cancellations unless without our written approval.
